- Parcel pickup and delivery updates
- EV charging reservation or charging session notifications
- OTP authentication and verification codes
- Payment confirmations, invoices, and receipts

- Ride, parcel, or booking cancellation updates
- Safety-related notifications
WhatsApp communication is used primarily for operational, service-related, safety, and support purposes.
2. User Consent
