Location access is required for core functionality of the platform.
c. Contacts Access
EV Smart may request access to device contacts only when users choose features such as:
- Booking rides for another person
- Selecting parcel sender or receiver details
- Adding emergency contacts
Contacts are accessed only with user permission and are not used for unauthorized marketing or bulk synchronization.
d. Payment Information
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
Cash payments may also be supported in certain services or regions.

WhatsApp Communication
