User Conduct Policy Effective Date: 29-04-2026

This User Conduct Policy outlines acceptable behavior, prohibited activities, and platform usage expectations for users of EV Smart mobility, parcel delivery, and EV charging related services.

By accessing or using EV Smart, users agree to comply with this policy.

1. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use EV Smart only for lawful, genuine, and authorized purposes including:

  • Booking mobility services
  • Using parcel delivery services
  • Accessing EV charging related services
  • Communicating respectfully with drivers, support personnel, and service providers

Users must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies while using EV Smart services.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Make fake, abusive, or fraudulent bookings
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate drivers, delivery personnel, support staff, or other users
  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or unsafe activities during rides, deliveries, or charging sessions
  • Attempt to bypass the platform for unauthorized direct transactions with drivers or service providers
  • Use the platform for illegal transportation or delivery activities
  • Send prohibited parcel items including weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, narcotics, or illegal goods
  • Misuse promotional offers, referral systems, or discounts
  • Manipulate pricing, GPS data, trip routes, or platform systems
  • Use automation tools, fake GPS software, bots, or unauthorized scripts
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or platform infrastructure
  • Share abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content through chat or communication features

3. Payment Misuse & Fraud Prevention

Users must not:

  • Attempt fraudulent payments
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Abuse refunds, promotions, or discounts
  • Initiate false or unjustified chargebacks after receiving services

Fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in:

  • Temporary account restrictions
  • Permanent suspension
  • Legal action where applicable

EV Smart reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and platform misuse.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account.

Users must:

  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Protect OTPs and verification codes
  • Avoid unauthorized account sharing
  • Ensure information provided remains accurate and updated

Users should never share OTPs, login credentials, or verification information with drivers or third parties.

5. Safety & Platform Conduct

Users are expected to:

  • Exercise reasonable judgment during rides and deliveries
  • Follow applicable safety instructions
  • Respect driver and delivery personnel safety
  • Use emergency or SOS features responsibly

Unsafe or suspicious behavior may be investigated and reported where legally required.

6. Parcel Delivery Conduct

Users utilizing parcel delivery services must:

  • Ensure parcel contents comply with applicable laws
  • Avoid sending prohibited or unsafe items
  • Properly package items for transportation
  • Provide accurate sender and receiver information

Drivers may refuse suspicious, prohibited, or improperly packaged parcels.

7. EV Charging Usage

Users utilizing EV charging related services must not:

  • Misuse charging stations
  • Block charging slots unnecessarily
  • Damage charging equipment
  • Interfere with third-party charging operations

Charging availability and operations may depend on third-party providers.

8. Enforcement & Platform Action

EV Smart reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Restrict access to services
  • Limit booking privileges
  • Investigate suspicious activity
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or authorities where legally required
  • Take legal action in serious cases

Platform actions may be taken for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational abuse
  • Repeated misconduct

9. Reporting Misconduct

Users are encouraged to report:

  • Unsafe behavior
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Harassment
  • Suspicious parcel activity
  • Technical misuse
  • Emergency or safety concerns

10. Privacy & Communication

Users must not misuse communication channels including:

  • In-app chat
  • Phone communication
  • WhatsApp communication

This policy may be updated from time to time.

Updated versions may be published within the app, website, or official communication channels.

Continued use of EV Smart services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
