By using EV Smart parcel delivery services, users agree to comply with this policy.

Users must not send, transport, upload, request delivery of, or attempt to deliver any prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or regulated items through EV Smart services.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Weapons or ammunition
Explosives or fireworks
Narcotics or illegal drugs
Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances
Flammable or combustible materials
Live animals
Human remains
Illegal or counterfeit goods
Stolen property
Cash, gold, jewelry, or negotiable instruments

Restrict accounts involved in policy violations

EV Smart does not routinely inspect parcel contents but may take action where misuse is suspected.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Users remain solely responsible for prohibited or illegal parcel contents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Smart shall not be liable for losses arising from prohibited, undisclosed, unsafe, or unlawful parcel activity.
