EV Smart services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, accessing the app, or using EV Smart services, users confirm that they:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Are using the platform in compliance with applicable laws

2. No Services for Minors

EV Smart does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to:

Create accounts
Access services independently

Drivers, users, and service providers using EV Smart must:

Avoid harassment, abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct
Follow safety-related platform policies

Unsafe or suspicious behavior may result in:

Account suspension
Permanent removal from the platform
Reporting to authorities where legally required

Users are encouraged to immediately report concerns involving:
