1. Age Requirement
EV Smart services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By creating an account, accessing the app, or using EV Smart services, users confirm that they:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Are using the platform in compliance with applicable laws
2. No Services for Minors
EV Smart does not knowingly allow individuals under the age of 18 to:
- Create accounts
- Access services independently
- Use the platform without appropriate adult supervision
If EV Smart becomes aware that an account belongs to or is being operated by a minor in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend the account
- Restrict platform access
- Permanently remove the account where necessary
3. Parental or Guardian Responsibility
If a minor uses EV Smart services through an adult or guardian account, the account holder accepts full responsibility for:
- All bookings and activities
- Payments and transactions
- Conduct during rides or deliveries

4. Safety & Supervision Disclaimer
EV Smart does not provide special monitoring, supervision, childcare services, or guardian services for minors.
Users and account holders are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and ensuring safe use of the platform.
5. Driver & User Conduct Expectations
Drivers, users, and service providers using EV Smart must:
- Behave respectfully and lawfully
- Avoid harassment, abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct
- Follow safety-related platform policies
Unsafe or suspicious behavior may result in:
- Account suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
- Reporting to authorities where legally required

Users are encouraged to immediately report concerns involving:
- Suspected misuse involving minors
- Harassment or inappropriate behavior
- Unsafe activities
- Exploitation or abuse concerns

However, no platform can guarantee complete prevention of unsafe behavior.
